Overview
About the programme
The "Needs Collection" initiative was created to gather needs, challenges, and suggestions from our partners, with the goal of exploring new innovation opportunities and/or identifying the best existing solutions on the market. This program imposes no restrictions on participants or partners involved—our goal is to facilitate the connection between demand and supply of innovation, encouraging collaboration and experimentation on key business development topics.
Not all collected needs will have an immediate solution, but we will make every effort to direct them toward the next stages of open innovation and collaboration with startups and specialized organizations.

Analysis & Selection
- Our innovation team will analyze the received requests.
- The most innovative and high-priority needs will be selected for targeted startup scouting.
From september 2025
Startup Matching & Experimentation
- For selected projects, we will begin scouting startups with aligned solutions.
- Once the most suitable startup is identified, you will have the opportunity to collaborate directly to test and develop an innovative solution.
- We will keep you updated on each phase of the process and collaboration opportunities.
